In a project, Intra AI works directly with your files. It reads them, runs the numbers and writes new documents. You can ask for the plan first, and you decide which changes stay.

1 · Bring your files

Your files and your code in one place.

Upload PDF, Word, Excel and PowerPoint files. Connect a folder from SharePoint, OneDrive or Google Drive that keeps itself up to date. Or connect a GitHub repository.

2 · Plan first

The plan first, then the work.

Turn on Plan first and Intra AI reads your files and writes down what it intends to do. Nothing changes yet. You adjust the plan or start it.

3 · Intra AI does the work

A computer of its own for every task.

Intra AI reads your files, runs the numbers and writes new documents. Code runs in a separate environment that starts for this task alone and has no internet access.

You decide what changes. And by default, Intra AI asks first.

Approve every change

For text and code, you see line by line what’s added and what’s removed. Apply the change or say what should happen instead. If you prefer, you can turn off these prompts.

Undo a whole task

You can undo everything Intra AI changed for a task. New files go to the trash, and changed files return to how they were. Anything someone else has edited since then stays as it is.

Bring in your team

Add people from your company as admins or members. Everyone works with the same files, and every applied change becomes a new version.

Choose what’s shared

With File sharing, conversations are private by default and files are shared. With Fully shared, all members see everything. You choose when you create the project.
