Your people open a browser and get to work: ask a question, drop in a file, research a topic, hand a task to an agent. Agent and model are chosen per conversation at the top of the page; projects, files and integrations sit in the sidebar, and the history stays searchable.
Answers out of your own documents
Upload contracts, reports and spreadsheets, then question them in plain language. Intra AI finds the relevant passages and puts the source behind every statement – the file, the clause and the quoted paragraph. You check the source before you pass the answer on.

Web research you can check
For current questions Intra AI searches the web and puts every source it used, numbered, above the answer. Card by card you can see what a sentence rests on. For larger topics deep research works through several sources and returns a structured report with its citations.
Calculate, analyse, visualise
For analyses, conversions and charts Intra AI writes program code and runs it – in a sealed sandbox inside your instance, with no internet access, whose working directory is wiped after every run. Figures are computed, not estimated.
A comparison as a table – and as a finished file
An agent sets the options side by side and also writes the result into the file you needed anyway: Word, Excel, PowerPoint or PDF. You read the table in the chat and the file sits beside it in your files, ready to download and carry on with.
Your files as a searchable knowledge base
Uploaded PDF, Office, text and email files, along with images and scanned documents, are made searchable inside your instance. Whatever an agent produces lands in the same list – with its status, size and date.
Projects for work several people share
The conversations, files, members and agents of one piece of work sit together in a project. The documents filed there are shared knowledge: every conversation in the project can cite them. Whoever joins is immediately in the same context.
Agents that commission other agents
One agent hands parts of a task to specialist sub-agents and merges what they return into a single answer. Every step stays visible on its own – with its duration and its result – so it remains clear where a sentence came from.
A library of agents that keeps growing
An agent is an assistant for one clearly bounded task: its own instruction, a model that suits it, access to selected documents and tools. Your administrators create agents and release them to one person, a project or the whole organisation. Agents that prove themselves we make available to every customer; your own configurations stay yours.
Build an agent without writing code
The builder walks through seven steps: identity, instruction, knowledge, tools, model, team and review. A live preview runs beside it, so you can try the agent out before you release it. On request we take the building and the upkeep off your hands.
Connected to the systems you already use
Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, GitHub and GitLab are connected; other systems we build as bespoke integrations, including through the open Model Context Protocol. Each person connects their own account and the roles and permissions of that system stay in force – Intra AI only ever sees what the signed-in user is allowed to see.

Reading documents and images
PDF, Office, text and email files, along with images and scanned documents, can be dropped straight into the chat: summarised, compared, or mined for one specific figure.
Voice input
Dictate instead of typing. Speech recognition runs on the platform itself in Germany, and the audio is not stored.
Personal memory
Intra AI remembers work-related context from what you write – your role, the tone you prefer, the topics you are on. You can inspect everything it has kept and delete it.
Incognito mode
For a sensitive one-off question: the conversation is not stored, not made searchable and not taken into memory.
Sharing and export
Conversations can be shared inside the organisation, found again by full-text search and exported as PDF, Markdown or JSON.

We run open-weight models only. You pick the one that suits per conversation and per agent, and the catalogue keeps growing.
How it is operated
Processing in Germany
The platform, the databases and the AI computation run in German data centres. Only the optional web search uses a search service in the EU, and it can be switched off per instance and per agent.
One dedicated instance per customer
The application, the databases and the storage are not shared with other customers. On-premise is possible on request; the instance we operate is the recommendation, because it leaves you no maintenance burden.
Open-weight models only
Open models rather than vendor lock-in. We take up new models without you having to change platform – and your data is used to train models neither by us nor by our subprocessors.
