Development, data storage and AI inference all happen in Germany. Every customer gets their own instance, separated from every other. If you need it, we will run that instance in your own data center.
Data protection is the foundation, not an add-on: content is encrypted per user, and permanent deletion on request, self-service data export and a complete audit log are standard. Intra AI does not hold a certification of its own. We work to the catalog of measures in Article 32 GDPR and disclose our technical and organizational measures in full.
Yes. The Article 28 GDPR data processing agreement is part of our terms – including the annex on technical and organizational measures and the list of subprocessors. Your legal team or data protection officer can review it at any time before signing, including before the intro call. Write to us at info@intra-ai.de.
Yes. The AI answers from your documents with source references and, on request, also performs actions in your systems, such as creating a draft in your inbox, scheduling an appointment or saving a document to SharePoint. You decide which actions an agent is allowed to perform. If your system is not on the list, we look at the interface and develop the integration once we have agreed it with you.
A standard instance is live in about two weeks. More extensive integrations take longer – depending on scope and infrastructure. A dedicated integration to a system with a documented interface is a matter of weeks, not quarters.
The price has three parts: a one-off setup fee covering scoping, integration and rollout, a monthly fee covering hosting, support and maintenance, and a license per employee. Introducing and training your team is available for a fee. What the total comes to depends on how complex your case is and how much bespoke work it involves – we work out the figure for you after the intro call. Every component is set out on our pricing page.
Because the two answer different questions. Copilot sits in Word, Excel and Outlook and is strong there. Intra AI is the layer above: your own instance with development, data storage and AI inference in Germany, a free choice among several open models, agents you can restrict action by action, and integrations to systems outside the Microsoft world as well. Many companies run both side by side.
You get everything back and we keep nothing. During the term you export conversations, projects and uploaded files yourself at any time. On termination we provide all exportable data on request within 14 days in a machine-readable standard format – JSON, CSV or XML, with uploaded files in their original format. A 30-day transition period applies from the end of the contract, extendable once by up to three months on request. We charge nothing for the data export itself. Only support beyond that, in migrating to another provider, is billed by effort. After that we delete all data irreversibly and confirm the deletion in text form on request.
Yes. We onboard and train your team for a fee and build it around your actual tasks. Technical support for the platform runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00, by email, video call and phone. Custom development and consulting are billed separately.
