Pricing for Intra AI depends on various factors and is determined following a needs analysis. Here’s an overview of the components.
How the price is put together
Our pricing consists of three components: a one-time setup fee for design, integration, and rollout; a monthly fee for hosting, support, and maintenance; and per-employee licenses. An introduction to the platform is included.
One-off setup fee
Covers everything that happens leading up to the rollout: We go through your use cases, set up your own instance, integrate your systems, and support the rollout through to the first day of production.
Monthly fee for hosting, support and maintenance
Covers the day-to-day operation of your instance in Germany, monitoring, maintenance, and updates.
A license per employee
Depending on the number of your employees, corresponding license fees are charged per employee. These include access to the platform, agents, and a standard quota for AI usage.
All prices are exclusive of VAT.
Possible add-on packages
Introducing and training your team
We’ll help your team get started with the platform – using your own tasks rather than general examples. We’ll coordinate the scope and effort with you in advance. Training is offered both on-site and online.
Bespoke integrations
An integration to a system that is not in our catalog is quoted separately, by effort.
Included as standard
- Your own instance, separated from every other customer, operated by us
- Development, data storage and AI inference in Germany
- Every platform update, with no maintenance work on your side
- Technical support for the platform Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00, by email, video call and phone. Custom development and consulting are billed separately
- Article 28 GDPR data processing agreement with the annex on technical and organizational measures and the list of subprocessors
- Audit log, self-service data export and server-side scheduled backups
The final price depends on the complexity of your case and the amount of custom work involved. You’ll receive a specific quote with explanations of all items after a free, no-obligation initial consultation.
Frequently asked questions
Why is there no figure on this page?
Because the work involved depends on your case: which systems are connected, how your data is structured and how much bespoke development it takes. A list price here would either promise you too much or too little. What is published instead is the complete structure – you know every component before you receive a quote, and we work out the figure after the intro call.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Running your dedicated instance in Germany, every platform update, and technical support during business hours. Because we operate the instance, no maintenance work lands on your side – new features and security updates reach you without a project.
Is there a usage limit?
Every license comes with a usage allowance per account that renews every 30 days and is generous for ordinary working days. How large it is stands in your quote, and if you need more we agree that there. Nothing is billed by consumption.
Is training our team included?
A brief introduction to the platform for your team is included in the setup fee. We offer additional training sessions for a fee. This fee is determined based on the effort involved and factors such as location, etc.
What does the trial cost?
Nothing. The 30-day trial is free and requires no payment information. It includes chat with your documents, web search, custom agents, and much more.
