Intra AI is quoted per company. This page names every part of the price and everything that is included – so you know what we are talking about before we talk.
How the price is put together
Three parts make up the price: a one-off setup fee covering scoping, integration and rollout, a monthly fee covering hosting, support and maintenance, and a licence per employee. Introducing and training your team is available for an additional fee. What the total comes to depends on how complex your case is and how much bespoke work it involves – which is why this page publishes the structure rather than a list. We work out your figure after the intro call. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
One-off setup fee
Covers everything that happens once: we work through your use cases, set up your own instance, connect your documents and systems and see the rollout through to the first productive day.
Monthly fee for hosting, support and maintenance
Covers day-to-day operation of your instance in Germany, every platform update, and technical support during business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00, by email, video call and phone.
A licence per employee
You pay for the accounts you actually create. Accounts are created by your administrators only and there is no self-registration – so nobody outside your organisation can increase your user count.
What can be added on top
Introducing and training your team (for a fee)
We bring your people onto the platform using their own work rather than generic examples. Scope and effort are agreed with you beforehand, so nothing appears in the quote that you do not need.
Bespoke integrations
An integration to a system that is not in our catalogue is quoted separately, by effort. Whatever we build for it goes only into the image of your instance.

Why is there no figure on this page?
Because the work involved depends on your case: which systems are connected, how your data is structured and how much bespoke development it takes. A list price here would either promise you too much or too little. What is published instead is the complete structure – you know every component before you receive a quote, and we work out the figure after the intro call.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Running your dedicated instance in Germany, every platform update, and technical support during business hours. Because we operate the instance, no maintenance work lands on your side – new features and security updates reach you without a project.
Is there a usage limit?
Every licence comes with a usage allowance per account that renews every 30 days and is generous for ordinary working days. How large it is stands in your quote, and if you need more we agree that there. Nothing is billed by consumption.
Is training our team included?
Introducing and training your team is available for a fee, because it means real preparation against your own use cases. Scope and effort are agreed with you beforehand, so nothing appears in the quote that you do not need.
What does the trial cost?
Nothing. The 30-day trial is free and needs no payment details. It covers chat with your documents, web search, your own agents and file uploads; voice input, code execution, PDF export and the integrations are not part of the trial.
