Connect a source
Sign in with your own FILERO DMS, Google Drive, OneDrive or SharePoint account. Intra AI can then see what you’re allowed to see there.
Sync folders
Pick the folders you need. Intra AI reads every supported file once, then checks the folder for changes on a regular schedule.
Upload your own files
Drop in PDF, Word, Excel and PowerPoint files or emails. You can then add them to any conversation.
Preview and folder details
Open files right in Intra AI. For every synced folder, you can see where it comes from, when it last synced and how many conversations use it.

Your data belongs to you
What you upload or sync stays your company’s data. A deleted file stays in the trash for 30 days and is then removed along with its search index. Passages already quoted stay in the conversation.
With your permissions
Intra AI reads your personal sources and folders through your own account. What you can’t see there, Intra AI can’t see either.
Syncing changes nothing at the source
When syncing, Intra AI only reads, and the original stays as it is. If Intra AI should create or change something there, that goes separately through the integration.
Your folders stay yours
Only you can use your synced folders. For a team, a project admin connects a folder directly in the project. It’s read with that admin’s account, and every member of the project can read its files.

What happens to an email Intra AI reads?
It stays in Outlook and doesn’t end up in your files. What Intra AI read from it does become part of the conversation, though, and anyone who can see that conversation can see it too.
