Agents

Agents for recurring work. You set them up and your team uses them.

You write down how a job gets done and give the agent the files and programs that go with it. Everyone on the team then works from the same instructions.

How an agent gets made. You describe the job, and AI builds the first draft.

Build the agent with AI

You describe in the chat what the agent should do. The AI builds it in the agent builder, and you see every step.

Review the draft and change it

In the agent builder you go through identity, behavior, knowledge, tools and team, and change whatever doesn’t fit.

Your team can use it right away

As soon as you finish the agent, everyone you added in the Team step can see it.

You describe the agent in the chat, the AI fills in the agent builder, and you change what doesn’t fit.

You don’t have to start from nothing.See the templates

You set everything in the agent builder. Instructions, files, tools and who may use the agent.

The agent builder

This is where you set up your agent.

You go through the steps in order. At the end you see every setting and what’s still missing, and you can change any of it from there.

A name, and one sentence on when to pick this agent. Your colleagues see both in the agent library.

Write freely or fill in a form

In a free chat your team just starts writing. With a form they fill in fixed fields first, such as customer, issue and deadline. Then the agent starts.

What the agent should know

You upload long documents such as manuals as files. You write short rules that always apply straight into the agent.

Behavior

Model, creativity and thinking

For each agent you pick the model, how freely it writes and whether it thinks before answering.

What an agent can work with. Tools, integrations and other agents.

Tools

You choose which tools each agent may use. A research agent needs web search, a customer service agent can often do without it.

Your systems

The agent works with the software you already use, and with your own MCP servers.

Sub-agents

An agent hands parts of the job to other agents and brings the results together.

You decide who gets the agent. One colleague, a team or the whole company.

Share with your team

Members can use the agent. Co-editors can also change its instructions, knowledge and tools.

The agent library

Your team sees the agents it may use there and can filter by category or tag.

Templates to start from. Pick one and adapt it to your team.
